We help kids go from watching robots to becoming builders —one real problem at a time.
We started with zero skills and a whole lot of enthusiasm. Now we're sharing everything we've learned — free 3D print files, a complete parts list, and a curriculum built to help any family jump into combat robotics from scratch.

What You Get
The program includes free open-source 3D print files and educational materials. We'll tell you exactly which motors, ESC, radio, and battery to buy — no guesswork, no spec-sheet rabbit holes. Once you've built your first robot, our curriculum walks you through how to choose components yourself.
All structural parts available as open-source STL files — download them free and print at home or bring the files to a local print shop. Download the files now →
Step-by-step build guide and our full video series — plus in-depth lessons on motors, ESCs, batteries, and radios for when you're ready to start choosing your own components.
The Mind Behind the Design

Designer/Builder Extraordinaire
Cole is one of the most decorated, innovative builders in the southern USA. When he's not pursuing his degree in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington, he's cooking up a new way to decimate robots in the full combat and plastic antweight classes.
Cole has one of the most successful plastic antweight ring spinners of all time, and his current entrant to the category, Sidewinder, never misses a podium. Beware to all competitors when Cole says he just cooked up something wild "just for fun," because that means something like "Muck!" (his antweight with an ungodly sized weapon) is about to slice your robot in half.
Armed with hot glue, pliers and tape, Cole can bring any bot back from the brink to clean up the field. Constantly iterating and always innovating, he comes up with novel solutions and optimizations for his robots—making him the perfect choice for the designer of a kit that will let new builders be competitive right out of the gate. As long as you don't have to fight him, of course.
Powered by Repeat Robotics
We designed the Happy Bot Kit around Repeat Robotics parts from day one. Their components are purpose-built for competitive antweight robots — not adapted from something else. That means better performance, better reliability, and a smoother build experience for the whole family.
Repeat Robotics was founded by Peter, and he has been a wonderful part of our journey in the sport. His willingness to share knowledge, his leadership in the community, and the care he puts into everything he builds have inspired our whole family. We couldn't imagine building our kit around anyone else's parts.
